Mostly it's there, sometimes it disappears for days. The batteries are fine, and it's the closest of the three outside modules (Outdoor, Wind, Rain), with the least blocking material, yet the other two never lose their connection.
This has been happening for months now.
Whenever I remove and replace the batteries, the green light immediately blinks, so I don't think it's not getting power, though I did clean the contacts. I tried putting the module in a bag with rice, but this has no effect on things. Nothing I do seems to restore the connection, but it returns spontaneously.
The module is located under the eaves, protected from the weather
Any ideas?

Re: I keep losing the outdoor module connection
I’m seeing in a similar issue recently. Please let us know what support say about this.
Re: I keep losing the outdoor module connection
Same here .. I contacted support who suggested I went through the process of remove the module via.the software .. reinstall and new batteries etc.
Well all that was tried before, but I did this again.
Result was (according to Netatmo Service) is that I have a hardware fault and need a new module. When this arrives I will remove ‘old’ one and try again.
Will post results here.
As i speak, the ‘old’ unit is working but was offline for a period in the last 24 hrs.

Re: I keep losing the outdoor module connection
New module fitted today. The firmware is 46.
It works fine, but have had to request the old data is transferred, as it started from scratch.
I think there may have been a hardware issue with some earlier Outdoor Modules.

Re: I keep losing the outdoor module connection
I've re-started my outdoor module (removed it's batteries and re-inserted them) and I've had nearly 2 days now without a dropout. Before I was only getting a few hours in the middle o the day of connection.
Re: I keep losing the outdoor module connection
New unit seems reliable, but the old one was working again before I changed it.
Could be the issue was never at our end, but
at the server....in france...?

Mines worked for a few days after restarting it but just dropped out again early this morning.
