3.10 seems to have helped with HomeKit secure video disconnecting all the time. For me at least. Hope it helps others too.

How is the detection? When Netatmo introduced the new algorithm with 3.2.0 I had some major issues.

Very very bad detection, so I contacted the support and they gave me 3.5.3 with the old algorithm.

But now it doesn't seem that I receive updates anymore...

I have contacted the support last Week on Thursday, because I think that they have to change us back to the normal release channel manually.

Until now, no response... I will update you after receiving any feedback.

I got following answer from support:

At the end of last year, a firmware update included a new detection algorithm and for a few users, this new algorithm caused the camera to miss some events so we had to create a specific firmware with the previous detection algorithm for these cameras.
The cameras with the 3.5.3 firmware cannot be currently updated for the moment as optimal detection is the most important matter.
Our engineers are working to add more data to the algorithm v2 and in the upcoming weeks , all the cameras should have the same firmware with the detection algorithm v2 and all other features such as Home Alarm.

Thank you for sharing 🙂
Good to know, now I don't have to contact support myself.

We'll just wait a few weeks and see when our update will arrive.

Unfortunately 3.13.0 is no longer detecting vehicles at a distance now. The old algorithm worked better.
