Hello,
I bought an additional indoor module a week ago for my Netatmo WeatherStation.
The difference between the CO2 displayes value of the base and the additional module is over 150ppm.
This can not be normal, or?
Thanks

Extremely overpriced "hardware", but zero support
Great, keep it up netatmo

Have you tried recalibrating said additional module?
https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/en-us/sm ... co2-sensor
It should be pointed out:
If the readings keep a steady 150 apart after the recalibration, you could request a manual offset done directly by the support through the helpcenter. Remember providing the serial numbers of your main station and the additional module as well as your account information.
Or request a replacement from your reseller and hope the new sensor reads closer to your main station.

It should be pointed out:
So two sensors could be apart up to 200ppm (one 100 up from the real value, one 100 down). The accuracy of the CO2 sensor is ± 100ppm to 1000ppm and ± 10% for measurements greater than 1000ppm.

There are two different specs listed for the CO2 sensor:GEORGzer wrote: ↑26 Aug 2022, 09:25 It should be pointed out:So two sensors could be apart up to 200ppm (one 100 up from the real value, one 100 down). The accuracy of the CO2 sensor is ± 100ppm to 1000ppm and ± 10% for measurements greater than 1000ppm.
