I replaced the batteries in my outdoor module two days ago.
As yet, the level has not updated either on the web page or the app.
Is there any way I can force the levels to reset?

Changed the batteries on rain and wind sensors, they updated fine.
So did one of the internal sensors...........that I didn't change the batteries in!
I'm beginning to lose faith.
The lack of responses speaks volumes.
Time to change weather stations I think.

So the system shows a set of fresh batteries in one of your indoor modules despite changing the ones in the outdoor module?
Please don‘t get mad at me for asking this, but are you 100% certain that you don‘t have a naming issue (modules interchanged)?

No I won't get mad, it's a valid question. But no, I am sure. In fact the following day the indoor module reverted to showing low battery.
And the outdoor module is still showing low battery. I even removed the batteries again for about 15 minutes.
