Presence dead

Post by JoMensdorf »

Hi!

I´ve installed three Netatmo Presence without siren at my home, they are just out of the two year warranty.
One of them stopped working, even no floodlight after a circuit breaker reset (yes it has power) and no reaction at all.
I tried to contact Netatmo support more than one week ago, no reply.

Is there anything I can do? Otherwise I´ll try to get some kind of goodwill from Amazon where I bought them.

Thanks!

If you got it from Amazon, go for it. They are very generous.
Home: Weather Station (V3 + Rain & Wind Gauge, 3 additional Indoor Modules, Shield), Valves Starter Pack + 7 Valves, Video Doorbell
Office: Thermostat (V2), Healthy Home Coach, Smoke Alarm, 2 2in1 Sensors

Tried, they say they can´t help me after two years. Looks like planned obsolescence for me.
An really poor service from netatmo, still no response.
Definitly the last product I got from them and I´ll review where every I can.

But does anybody have an idea what to do?

Sorry to hear that, I would try Amazon again. Their „policy“ on this varies a lot depending on who you get to speak to on the other side.

...my NOC01-EU - RIP 21.4. after almost 4 years. Seems that power supply died, however not exactly in the nice manner....it's smoked.
