Do you have received an update?
Which version is now installed?

I'm still waiting for my doorbell to update (can't force it from what I understand), but firmware 2.22.0 was released today and advanced recording is in the release notes here:

can't wait for it too, but the doorbell is still 2.20.0

btw: can't netatmo create a new changelog post, since you can't see any changes in the overview of this forum if they only edit the original post? I wouldn't have seen this news if it wasn't for papaskitch.... :D

My doorbell updated yesterday (one of the first?), but is now in the Security app it’s saying ‘insufficient power source’ and the camera feed cannot be started. It records events and the can be viewed later but there’s no notifications. This worked fine before the update. In HomeKit the camera feed still works as normal.

I’ve killed the power to the camera at the main fuse box to restart it but it’s still the same error. Do I have to reset the doorbell now? Very annoying either way.

They mentioned in the changelog the early recording should start when power and temperature are ok, surely if not then it’s works as before.

I would expect the same. Is there an option to disable advanced recording?

I don't mind that much, but a separate announcement post would be nice. I've had a tab open in my browser for almost a year watching for updates! Weird, I know. First for the unfortunately never arriving HKSV, then for the advanced recording. I can finally close it!

When the new update will be distributed? Mine is still last year's firmware.
