Thermostat no longer using weather station temperature

Post by rjwalker »

It appears that my thermostat isn’t using my weather station outdoor temperature anymore and the option to select it is no longer available. Is this a permanent change to the settings?

Currently the generic local temperature that the thermostat is using is 3c warmer than the actual outdoor temperature measured by my weather station.

Help centre says this, but option just not there anymore. Anyone else got this issue on their thermostat settings?

That helpcenter post seems to be linked to the regular smart thermostat, not the modulating thermostat. I think that feature is missing from the newer thermostat, at least for now.

Are there any updates as to if this will be supported? The valves often report way higher or lower temperatures compared to the indoor sensors which are in the middle of my rooms.
