Hi,
I'm noob with Netatmo weather station, so sorry for my questions.
I read that the measurement frequency is 5 minutes, so my question is: is the frequency enough to read wind speed? if the frequency is every 5 minutes, I will lose all peaks wind...
Please help me to understand.
Thanks
Guido

Re: Wind speed measurement
This:
https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/en-us/sm ... meter-work
States the Anenometer reports: 1.) "Average speed and direction in the last 5 minutes," 2.) "Gust speed and direction in the last 5 minutes," and 3.) "Maximum gust (speed and direction) in the day (since midnight)."
Because of the word "Average" I do not take that to mean only one reading every 5 minutes, it takes many -- well, at least more than 1 -- and calculates an average.
How many readings does it take every 5 minutes? Documentation does not say, that I can find. If you want to know suggest you ask Netatmo (LeGrande) support and then report back here, I'm also curious to know.
