I’ve got 2.221
My Doorbell suddenly lost wifi connection. Nothing would allow me to reconnect until I had to reset the door bell completely
It’s working now … after a lot of faffing about looking for the screwdriver !

Have you received this version the last days? Or weeks ago?

I’ve received 2.22.1 update in the first week of December. Since then the doorbell stops registering any movement every few days. Ringing the doorbell fixes this issue for day or some but then it’s broken again. I didn’t have any issues with doorbell before that and was quite satisfied with it except the missing HKSV but I could live with that. But 2.22.1 breaking one of the key functionalities is really disappointing and I would much rather stay on older firmware. I am not surprised Netatmo is holding this update but it’s sad fixing it taking so long. Just rollback of old version would be much better solution than using this broken update.

I'm still on 2.20. Can I force a firmware update manually?

Completely in Netatmo's control. Sounds like the 2.22 release was less than perfect for those that got it so Netatmo is probably holding it back from wider release until they can fix it, or perhaps they've just given up.

Hi,

My door bell was working fine for 2 months then suddenly disconnected from network and says is blocked and asked me to reconfigure network. I am trying to connect it back to my network but I keep getting Error code 5.5.25 and cant connect it back.
The support@ is useless, its been 2 weeks and I kinda reminded 3 times via ticket system and nobody gives a damn to help me out. Such a waste of money!
