This has now happened twice where the netatmo had been happily working on the radiator but was knocked off by a passer by (damn toddlers!)
Unfortunately the connector that is supposed to sit on the radiator valve came off stuck inside the device.
I have no idea how to get it out and I can't seem to twist it back onto the radiator.
Any advice?

Re: Connector that sits on radiator now stuck inside netatmo
That thread on the adaptor ring looks damaged anyway.
You could try large pliers, spreading them against the insight or lock a screwdriver on one of the openings on the top and try to turn it.
Cutting it out would be another option.
The M28 rings are listed in the store.

For any other types you‘ll have to contact support, but I‘m not sure if they accept toddlers as payment
